"Shodhak" means explorer in Marathi. We built this platform around a simple idea: Maharashtra's adventure economy is already full of skilled local operators — trek leaders, naturalists, diving instructors, heritage guides — who deserve a better way to reach travellers than scattered WhatsApp groups and word of mouth.
How we work
Shodhak is a marketplace, not an operator. Every trek, camp, dive or safari listed here is run end-to-end by a vetted local partner. We handle discovery, transparent pricing, secure payment and booking logistics; they handle what they do best — getting you safely up the ridge, out on the water, or into the forest.
What's next
This is an early build. Planned additions include operator dashboards for managing availability, traveller reviews, multi-day package builder, and regional language support.
